Delivery and Returns
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM THE SWEDISH COUNTRYSIDE
We deliver to most European countries and many other international destinations, including USA and Canada, by Sweden International Post.
Delivery times - general information:
We aim to process orders within 1 - 2 days of receipt provided we receive it before 12 pm on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays*). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates.
International orders (outside of Sweden):
International orders are sent by Sweden International Post. You can choose standard shipping or priority expedited shipping when you checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt of payment and should be with you in 3-15 working days, depending on your location.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates, e.g. promotional offers and Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE: International express orders will most likely require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home your local postal carrier will leave you with a notice that your order is at the local post office for you to pick up. This is why we ask for your phone number as the postal carrier within your country may need to contact you regarding redelivery of your package.
Our "Love it" Return Policy
At Talulah Lee we want you to love your order! If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 14 days of the date you have received them. As part of our policy we ask is that you return the jewellery unworn and in the condition in which it was received.
Please ensure that when returning an item that the package is wrapped securely and the item is with its original box. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We aim to handle your return within three working days of receiving the goods and your refund will be placed back on your original method of payment. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. However, we do not refund postage and packaging costs.
Due to strict hygenic reasons and laws in the EU we will not be able to accept the return of earrings under any circumstance.
